  • With eyes still closed, visualize a healing light or energy entering the top of your head.

  • Imagine this light flowing down through your body, healing and energizing every cell.

  • Then, visualize this energy extending outward from your body, connecting you to your surroundings and to others in your life.

  1. Visualize Success

  • Think about your top three goals or tasks for the day.

  • For each goal, spend about 30 seconds vividly imagining yourself successfully completing it.

  • Engage all your senses in this visualization – see, hear, and feel the successful outcome.

The entire routine should take about 10 minutes, but don't worry about timing each section precisely. The key is to move through each step mindfully, allowing yourself to fully engage with the process.
